The Yoga Room offers yoga classes for all ages and abilities, Pilates classes, and a discussion group for students who wish to study materials to help in their personal and spiritual growth.
We also offer monthly Restorative Yoga and Meditation classes. Dates and times are listed on our website.
Guest speakers and group leaders visit The Yoga Room to lead workshops, seminars, and celebrations. Past events include a drumming celebration led by Jim Donovan, Mindfulness Meditation workshops led by Alma Garcia-Smith, M.D., and visits from Usha, a guru from India who shares life lessons she has learned over the years.
In addition, several of our instructors offer massage, reiki, and reflexology services by appointment.
We at The Yoga Room hope you'll drop in for a class or two (or three!) and decide to keep on coming. New students are always welcome, even if a session has already begun.
