Best Yoga Classes on Long Island! 9/15/2011

I LOVE Yoga Flow Studio!! They have the best yoga teachers and a variety of styles of yoga to choose from: Anusara, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, and even Kids Yoga. Everyone is always welcoming and warm!!! Great vibe and great yoga. more
