An oasis of calm & rejuvenation welcomes you at Yoga Circles for Life 3/7/2007

I have been practicing Kripalu Yoga with the owner and chief instructor, Cathy Coppinger, since the studio opened three and a half years ago at Bell Tower Plaza. Being a student of the Martial Arts, I wanted to increase my flexibility and improve my breathing capacity. I can honestly say that I have experienced a huge improvement in both of these areas since joining the YCFL family, as well as learning to de-stress! The new location, just upstairs from the original, is wonderfully soothing, quiet, and a perfect space to "be in the moment". Cathy's expert instruction and compassionate nature make her a truly gifted teacher. She shares her knowledge freely and gently guides each student to their fullest potential. The students I have met here are caring, friendly and a joy to practice with. Classes may be taken on a 'drop in' basis, or you can begin classes at any time during the current session (fees are prorated). The All Level classes are perfect for beginners, intermediate or advanced practitioners. Cathy ensures that each class suits your individual needs and abilities and encourages you to "find your own edge". Hope to see you On The Mat ~ NAMASTE! I've been a long time student, along with many other dedicated practitioners. Cathy is a fabulous instructor - committed, knowledgeable, and caring. The new studio is upstairs now ... off the street, quieter and no "food smells". It's beautiful! Brent H. more

This studio has varied hours - be sure to call ahead first to see if they're really open. Its tucked between a Dominos Pizza and a Chinese take out restaurant, so be prepared for the smells wafting throughout! Gentle yoga classes, good for the beginner. more
