I've done yoga for years, but was out of practice for a couple years when I came to the center. Great, personable, caring, knowledgable instructors to learn,review basics or to renew and strengthen your practice. You can pay as you go, or buy a pass. Affordable and they have a very good system. Beautiful yoga studios and store. Receptionists are also yogis, and are very helpful. Pros: Caring great instructors, many props, beautiful studio more

considering yoga? 6/10/2002

I am new to yoga and I started taking classes at the Yoga Center and I absolutely love it! They are now located on Highway 55~near the Golden Valley strip mall and Kare 11. (The phone number is still the same). The instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable as a beginner and since going, have noticed many positive effects from yoga. Classes are a bit on the pricey side, but I'm broke, so everything is expensive. The prices are comprable to others, but more than at the local YMCA for instance.
