I visit the Yo Yo Sushi Rivermark location regularly. After I had visited twice I was remembered. The drinks are strong, the food is consistent and the service is friendly but not annoying. The servers won't buzz around your table constantly, which is nice if you want to linger over a drink.
For food, the sushi is quite good, if not the best in town. It's also not expensive. The hamachi kama appetizer is fantastic with crispy skin. The beef tataki is great, but skip the scallps prepared in the same manner. They're forgettable. Gyoza are always plump and delicate. If you're into tempura, you'll find theirs is the lightest in town. The ambiance is sort of trendy, with Friends-painted walls and unique lighting. It's a bit noisy, so don't go there for anything romantic. It's just a solid, come as you are type place.
Pros: consistent, inexpensive
