They say their open until 9PM but the rude uneducated teenage staff with their coats on will start kicking you out of the workout room at 8:15 so they can go home. There are children running wild everywhere. Children playing in the racquetball court when adults want to use it but are not kicked out because their parents are ""paying members"". The men that they house in the downtown facility are lurking around inside and outside of the building. They are way more expensive than some of the new nicer adult gyms in the area and their hours are so limited. They are only open til 5 on Saturday in the downtown branch (they say 6 but they will the kick you out when the staff wants to go home) and 4 at West branch and the West branch isn't even open on Sunday! Horrible as a gym, only good if you want to bring your obnoxious children to run around with other obnoxious children.
