We ordered delivery from Ying's the past 3 Saturdays. The experience has been nothing short of infuriating! The first Saturday, we ordered subs and a fish fry. One of the subs was incorrect. Since they quickly corrected the mistake by delivering another sub, we didn't think very much of it and decided to try their Chinese food the following Saturday, instead of ordering from our usual - Ling Ling's in Tonawanda. That is where we made our mistake. The food was horrible! The sweet and sour chicken was overcooked to the point of being too hard to eat, and the hunan beef was made from sub beef (like steak-um meat). Absolutely disgusting. I called Ying's, and the employee who answered said that I could either get a new order delivered or get a refund. I told him to please give me a refund. 5 days later, there was still no refund posted to my account. I called and spoke to Mary, a manager. She informed me that the employee had no authority to issue a refund, that the owner is out of town for a month, and that the owner never gives refunds. She refused to honor the employee's refund promise, and instead gave us a $35.84 credit to use on a future order. We attempted to use that credit tonight. We ordered 2 pizzas and wings. After almost 2 hours, the delivery guy showed up with 1 pizza and wings. I called Ying's and got attitude, again. The employee boldly told me ""I don't have time to make a new order. We are short-handed, do you understand?"" It was the same employee who had promised me a refund the previous Saturday. What was his next comment? You guessed it - he offered me a refund again! We finally got the second pizza - 3 hours after we ordered it. It was ICE COLD. I will never order from Ying's again - delivery or otherwise! Absolutely terrible!!!!
