I WOULD NOT GO. I have never written a review about a spa (or a negative review in my life), but Yin motivated me so that other people can avoid the experience I had today. I bought a facial online with Groupon. The woman who did my facial (Jo Jo) repeatedly told me how horrible my skin was while trying to sell me additional services (common theme in the reviews on Yelp). Jo Jo talked nearly the entire time (about my awful skin). Six months ago a dermatologist told me that I was on her top 10 list for best skin during my yearly exam. I am a physician (who originally intended to go into dermatology) and I found some of Jo Jo's knowledge of skin to be untrue. The final straw was that when I handed in my voucher for the service that I already paid for, they told me that I owed 50% more. Then they insisted that the voucher was expired (it was not), finally a woman (manager or owner I presume) said, ok, charge her tax. They appeared desperate to charge me for something additional, despite the fact that I had paid in full. I did not argue, I just smiled, paid and left. This was definitely not about the money as I am happy to pay for spa services
