This is by far the worst daycare I've choose to put my kids in. You don't know much about daycares in the beggining except that they fit in your budget and close to your home. Unfortunately you have to sign your child up in order to know more details about the place because no ones going to tell you the truth....well we are! First thing I said was I'm in cobb county and when I seen the little blk girl on the sign it was a good idea to me to support blk owned businesses. So when I went in I walked around looking for the manager. Keep in mind I'm a new face, No one stopped me and asked can I help you. There's no security room or office you walk in before entering the center, you can just walk in and around until you find what you are looking for. This worried me but not having any bad experiences with a daycare I wasn't alarmed. So I never found the manager (laughs) instead I asked a teacher in the front can I have an application for enrollment. Then she said the manager has them and she's at another location. So I said ok I'll come back tommorrow. This happened over again the next day and the day after that. What daycare center do you have to hunt down the manager just for an application. The older kids sit in front of that little tv look like its on all day because everytime I come in there it was. No special curriculums no exploring field trips just regular ones like chuck e cheese (shaking my head) the last straw when when I picked up my 1 year old and found him in the classroom with no pants on just his diaper and shirt! The young girl watching them said when she got there to (her shift) he was like that. The manager was GONE (again) so I had to wait till the next day to find out what happened. Come to find out, his teacher (a young girl) said he peed at nap time, I said he wears diapers if it peed through you must didn't change him. She swore she did anyway and said he pees a lot and it came through.(I'm his mother I know better than this she didn't change my baby, if that was the case it would happen everyday) so I said well his change of clothes are in his bag why did you just leave him with nothing on, her reply was, he has a bag? After this my children came out that center. My other children are school age they told me they didn't like it. They always watch tv and its boring. I keep my children doing fun activities so they know when something is boring. This was last year and I still care enough to come here and still warn peo to not put those innocent babies in this center. more

If you see any good ratings, they are more than likely by the owner or her family....zoe994 is the owner's daughter! I had my daughter in this childcare center b/c of 2 specific teachers. When they left, or got fired, my baby left as well. My daughter turned 1 and could barely walk and they wanted to put my baby in the room with running 3 year olds. I made it clear that I did not want her in there and on 2 separate occasions I just dropped in and sure enough my baby was in that room crying her eyes out. The teacher that was in her room in the afternoon also told me (after the fact) that on a daily basis, when she got to the facility, she was told by other employees to ""go get your baby"" out of the other room because she had been crying all day. The owner lied in my face and told me that my daughter was still in the infant room, (at 13 months old) but there was no name tag for her on any of the beds. This facility is greedy as hell and is happy to overcrowd the facility just as long as she can make money. There was a strong smell of gas in the infant room one day and no one called anyone to come out to check for a possible gas leak. It was ""patched up"" by the owner's ""boyfriend"". Not to mention the filthy carpets that they have there. This may be a cheap childcare facility, but TRUST ME, you get what you pay for!!!! Im not at all a disgruntle parent or someone with a vendetta in any way. I am being 100% honest about my experience. I can go on about different things. My daughter was in this childcare facility for 6 months, it was in the last 2 months that most of these things occurred. I had been warned about this place because of the reviews that have been written about them. However, I chose to send her there because when I got there, there was 1 teacher that my baby literally fell in love with instantly. So I thought everything was fine. And it was. I can't say that the owner was all that bad, because she did allow me to pay for my daughter's childcare tuition late a couple of times when I was hit with financial difficulty, but certainly not without charging the late fees. Which was fine. But the truth of the matter is this is not where I would send a family pet, much less my daughter or any child for that matter. Think, research and check it all out YOURSELF before you make that leap with your child. There is nothing more precious to parents, than their child(ren)...and when they aren't treated fairly or cared for properly....there's a major problem! more

Maybe I should of ran when I noticed the lines on the enrollment form where you write important information. The lines are so small that you can hardly fit anything on them! Do they really care what your childs emergency numbers are ? Do they really want to know anything important about my child if I can barely fit a word on a line? I will start by saying I didn't get a great first impression of the staff when I met them. They weren't very professional and really didn't volunteer much information about the center. It was really on me to ask questions. I figured I would try it out and eventually send my child else where. As time went on I started to see things that really didn't fit well with me! I witnessed staff yelling at the kids and acting indifferent towards them when they cried, I have witnessed 13 kids to one staff outside which is more then the reccomended amount! I have popped in at different times and I haven't really seen the kids doing any learning activities nor has the staff mentined any activities besides playing with toys or going outside. I never see the same staff working with the same kids. There seems to always be a different staff member working with different kids. Anyone can walk into the facility, no questions asked, and the door is never locked! My child always seems to come home hungry and ready to eat anything in sight!! I don't think it's the best place to send your child . It's cheap and I can see why!! I gave them one star because it was required for me to submit my review. more

this center is wonderful. it offers field trips for pre-k and summer camp. their fees are parent friendly. their is large and spacious rooms. all the children are happy and well cared for. the staff are well experienced and trained. my child is now a honor student in math and science. she attended the center. i am pleased with the results. more

If you want quality care for your children do not send your kids to this daycare. The owner is a despicable person and should not be allowed to even operate a center. The center is also understaffed, so the safety and well being of the children is in question. One teacher in the toddler room with over 10 children is not acceptable. THEY HAVE HAD SO MANY FORMAL COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THEM, I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE STILL OPERATING. FROM: ARGUMENTATIVE OWNER AND STAFF, LACK OF CRIB SAFETY, LACK OF SANITATION- FILTHY TOYS, CARPET SO FILTHY -ITS SHINY,KIDS SLEEPING ON FLOOR WHERE TOILET OVERFLOWED AND FLOODED, STAFF PURSES BEING LEFT IN FULL RANGE OF KIDS, KITCHEN HAVING SPIDER WEBS AND THICK DUST, KIDS WATCHING T.V. My daughter had been going here since she was 8 months. At first I figured for a single mom the prices was "" Great!"" For 95 a week why not. I had a few incidents where I sent her with 6 diapers and she came home with 5. I even had one incident where the teacher put a premie diaper on my 9 month old and the idiot couldn;t see it was stopping her circulation to her legs. Even through her being potty training they never wipe the kids especially my lil girl . She smelled like urine when she came home.The experience got better until I started to see this tall light skin man walking around. I asked one day who he was an was told he was the "" Maintenance man"", and later found out it was the Owner's Boyfriend who is also alledged registered child offender.This man walks around the daycare like he is part of it! I heard of other parents claiming that there child try to tell them something, take this as a warning! I am not writing this for no reason . This is a true experience. The owner even sent the wrong child home with someone by mistake on another occasion. This place is unfit and there is too many places around the area that are way better for a little more. Don't let the drop in prices fool you.Parents take this as a warning if your child goes here or you had taughts of taking your child there DON'T! yes i can is horrible my child cried when i use to drop her off i wondered why until i came in one day an saw a teacher hitting a child it was a big heavy set women.they only want the mone and they are very unfit for kids the owner is a money hungryb****. her staff only kiss her bottom and do not respect the parents. i really strongly recommend you to spend your money else were. 95 a week that should tell you how the place is. you might have to spend more to get a better secured place for your child.but not here look at how the place is set up the building is a reck. there is this one tall big light skinned guy i think he is the owners husband he is always there and around the children. that is why my child goes to a cleaner an secured child facility. parents listen to your kids they are tellin you something. my child tried but i fixed that. As a new mom , this is my 1st daycare experience, so i was very nervous. However, the tour was nice, my son loved the facility and the other kids. The staff was nice and there were plenty educational toys to keep the kids entertained. When I pick my child up, the staff is very informative and take a personal interest in his well-being. The owner takes a motherly approach to the kids. Yes I can is very affordable and so far I'm pleased. This is the WORST daycare that I have ever had the mis-fortune of using. My child was scalded by hot water and nothing was done but ointment and a band-aid was placed over the burn. The owner was not concerned and in fact is a MAJOR part of the problem. I am pleading with EVERYONE not to use this center. You will come to regret your choice.
