This all began when a service technician came out and inspected the AC. I am in Florida but own the home in AZ and it is rented. This can make for a bad situation for trusting a contractor you have never heard of. The technician told me the AC was shot, which I knew, (27 years old), and needed a new one. So, I told them to go ahead. He said they would be installing a Goodman 13 SEER AC. I thought fine, it is rated number 3. They promptly got me in touch with John Zolty the general manager who called me on a Saturday to arrange to pay for the unit. Very nice guy. The AC was installed 4 days later and they showed my son how to work the new equipment. The technician was very professional according to my son. Actually, my son said everyone involved treated him very professionally and they have all been great. By the way, what I actually ended up with is an Amana AC, which John told me is actually a Goodman. I checked the web site and he is correct. It looks exactly the same. But, because I had trouble with follow up comunication, they extended the one year service plan to 2 years. Geat.
Pros: Fast Service
Cons: Communication difficult
