As a hotel clerk I hear about the cab companies and Yellow is consistently ranked low by our guests, and when they know the hotel is paying for a guest the drivers go out of their way to take detours and idle extra time to run up the meter because they know we can't call them on it as easily as someone riding in the car. Unless you like paying $20 for a ride that should cost you $13, then stay away.
