I was insulted by the way he spoke to me. I was asking if he replaced eyelets (the metal rings the laces go through) Good luck keeping customers with that crappy attitude. If there were a zero star rating, I would give him that! I called Rivtin's Shoe Repair on Kelley Street in Manchester, a polite phone conversation by Rivtin's was enough to never go back to the Elm Street guy. I have already told numerous friends of the rude experience I had. more

I left and came back to give him a tip, I have owned expensive boots for over 30 years and all I get is half sole workmanship. \r \r BEST JOB I HAVE EVER HAD DONE Pros: GREAT WORKMANSHIP AND FRIENDLY Cons: THEY ARE VERY BUSY SO TURNAROUND IS SLOW BUT WORTH IT more
