I must say I was skeptical at first due to the fact that I found this Property Management company thru Craigslist...but when I arrived at my appointment to see the property (30 minutes late I might add)... the rental agent was there waiting for me and was very understanding, they even stayed on the phone with me due to the fact that I was very unfamilar with the area...the process of applying and moving in was stress-free and I look forward to doing business with them again! more

First off I must say im surprised by the other review...I had an GREAT housing experience thanks to Y.B.E Management...being new to the city I was at a lost as to how to find safe and reliable housing. Being a student I dont have alot of time on my hands and Y.B.E Management found me the perfect apartment it was affordable and spacious. They walked me to the process and it felt very effortless...I would recommend them as your housing choice!!!!! more

i was supposed to rent a 1 bedrooom apt,when I called to YBE rep to confirm the showing I was told the day befor the property was to be rented that the property had gone into foreclosure. I was not notified via phone or e-mail had I not called to confirm I would not have been made aware of this development. I then rescheduled to view and rent another apartment in the same price range again I was supposed to view the apartment on 3/4/2010 with a move in date of 3/5/2010 I have yet to reeive a confirmation. As i am writing this review @ 2:36 pm on 3/5/2010. As I am writing this review I have been reduced to living in a hotel;. If I could give this company a -STAR I would. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY They do charge a $50 non refundable credit check fee!!! Cons: LEFT ME HANGING more
