Yardworks Llc

We hired Yardworks a few years back to so some patio work. They did a great job. Excellent work, service and very professional. Recently we needed some yard/patio work done. I contacted Yardworks. It seems that there has been a change in owners recently. They gave us great prices. We hired them again. Big Mistake! They promised a lot but delivered little. They did the simple tasks fine. Their detailed work was poor. They made a mess of the yard and sidewalk. I spoke to the owner about it. He was very rude, immature and threatening. He reminded me of a high school bully. We finally hired another landscaper to clean up the mess. Overall it ended us costing us more. The positive reviews were probably written before the ownership change. Also, they claim to be EP Henry authorized dealer (they used to be). I called EP Henry and asked about Yardworks. They informed me that Yardworks were no longer authorized. They said that there had been too many complaints filed against Yardworks. Not surprising. Would I hire NJ Yard works again? Never Would I recommend them to anyone? We are very upset that we choose to deal with Yardworks. We hired them to do some privacy landscaping and put in a patio. First, the work took weeks longer than we were originally told it would. Second, all of the shrubs and evergreen trees that we had put in either are dying or never bloomed in the spring. Third, the patio has only been in for 10 months and one of the steps is loose. Forth, Yardworks really made a mess out of our sprinkler system, which has cost us a lot of money to try and fix. After contacting Yardworks, I was told numerous times that they would come out, remove the dead trees, replace the shrubs and fix the loose step. That was 2 months ago. After several calls of being told that they would "take care of it" or would be out to fix everything "tomorrow", I have decided to go elsewhere. This company is horrible to deal and I would not recommend them to anyone. more

I needed some landscaping done to my lawn and backyard because the bushes and weeds were getting out of control. Yardworks removed the weeds, trimmed the bushes and put new flowering plants in my backyard. They even installed outdoor lights along a pathway, so it looks absolutely gorgeous and well lit at night. The price I paid was excellent and the job they did was superb. more

Yardworks comes out to do my landscaping once a month. They make my yard look absolutely beautiful. They keep up my flower beds and treat my lawn to keep is looking the greenest I have ever seen it. Each season they have me choose which plants/flowers I would like put in the beds. They do all of this and do not charge outrageous prices. more
