Checked this place out tonight. Arrived early for my res. and had a cocktail at the bar. Bartender was knowledgeable and made a few suggestions on the menu which we had been looking at online.\r
Dining room was full at 745 when I arrived. We were seated at 8 in a nice table, with painted glass screens separating us from the next group of diners. Tried the hot sake, next time maybe ill try one of the flavored ones.\r
Their drinks are kinda high, 8$ for Voss and 7-8$ for the tea selections. There is a good cabernet from Argentina for 9.\r

First course we went with the ahi summer rolls, hot sour soup, and soup dumplings. The Xiao Long Bao was everything we were promised, the soup was fair, we felt it was missing something, maybe lemon or vinegar. The rolls were interesting, the texture perfect, the citrus dipping sauce tasty. I felt the spicy ahi tuna slightly missed the mark and would have preferred just raw ahi maybe with wasabi or ginger sauce.\r

For dinner I chose the Mandarin duck 22$ and my love chose the Flat noodles 8$. The duck was flash seared and then braised and very tender, though just lightly seasoned. The menu said fresh vegetables but I received roasted potatoes instead, bummer. Flat noodles with chicken were excellent and well portioned.\r

Overall very good and exceeded expectations.
