I started going to Yankee on a recommendation from my roommate, and I've been extremely happy with the service. I can trust Jay to tell me what needs to be done to fix my car for safety reasons, what can wait until I get paid, and what's a ""when you get a chance."" On one occasion, the car developed an odd problem just as I was leaving after a repair, an Jay dropped everything else to find and fix it. (Manufacturer's problem-- heat shield detached.) I've listened to them on the phone with other customers explaining what work is unnecessarily expensive. The pricing is good, no big surprises as one gets at a dealer. And I've never had a problem getting Yankee employees to pay attention to my explanation of a car issue. I'm very happy with Yankee's service and skill.
