Yakitori Jinbei is officially my favorite Japanese Restaurant in the USA. Im Japanese and have lived in Nagoya for 17+ years, and have yet to discover a more authentic restaurant here stateside. The restaurant itself is a bit hidden and small, but as I always say, ""the hole in the wall places are your best."" \r
\r
The food is excellent, and you can pick from Yakitori, Okonomiyaki, Curry, Sushi, Oyako don, etc etc- and the list goes on. So if youre goingfor the REAL authentic taste, go to Yakitori Jinbei- or if you'd rather impress your other half, go to the fake 5 star ""hibachi"" grills that are nowhere like Japanese food.\r

Pros: Authentic A+++ food
Cons: tucked away on a busy intersection
