We had a rough Christmas. We broke our new iPHone 4s and our iPad 2 on the same day. I went into the Apple Store and they were NO help, wanted me to spend over 800 to replace both items. One of the guys there recommended this store in Colleyville called Yakety Yak Wireless. I went and talked to the owner and he repaired our iPad for 150 and our iPhone 4s for 130. He even buys old phones so I sold him my old iPhone 4 for $175 which helped reduce the cost of the repairs. They fixed both the same day, service was very professional, and they warranty their work. I am so happy they were able to get my Apple products back up and running. They also had every Otterbox made, so I picked up a new iPad cover and a cool Orange camouflage Defender. I hate cell phone stores. they keep giving me the run around. Good news is that one gave me the name of Yakety Yak Wireless, and told me these guys could get me into a used phone cheap. I headed down there, expecting a pawn shop, or some back alley place. I was suprised to see they were a Verizon store, and when I went in, it was clean, well lit and staffed by some very friendly and smart guys. I lost my cell phone and wanted a replacement to carry me through my contract. They hooked me up with a $50 phone and a warranty on it. My Iphone was on the blink--or off the blink--and being new in town, not many places I found that would work on Iphones. I saw Yakety Yak and decided to see what the business hours were. They were not opened for another 35 minutes, but, Daniel, the store manager was just walking in. He happened to ask me if he could help me, as I was still sitting in my car. I told him the story and he stated if I had time to just come in. He ended fixing my phone for free and provided some useful information about best maintenance for my phone. Wow these guys are in a whole new universe when it comes to cell phones and customer satisfaction. I was at my local At&t store with an issue with my blackberry. As soon as I walked in with a phone problem it was like every At&t sales rep turned their back to me and would not even look at me let alone talk to me. I got so frustrated i just walked out of the store and decided to do some research on cell phone repairs, I found yakety yak wireless in colleyville and decided to see what they could do with my phone Issue. As soon as I stepped foot in the door I was greeted and I told them My Issue with my Blackberry keypad. They worked on it for about 20 min and decided that the board was completely fried. So instead of them telling me to go and buy a brand new phone they offered to show me their used phones. They were very impartial with what they offered me. They showed me phones from 20 bucks all the way to 300. Not only do they have used phones but they carry a 30 day warranty on all of them, THATS AMAZING! Yakety Yak is a new store in Colleyville. In addition to selling all used phones, especially Blackberry phones, they repair iPhones. Mine had a cracked screen and they fixed it. They also gave me a loaner phone to use in the meantime. I love their store, they have just about every accessory, and buy and sell used phones. Check them out! If you need a blackberry - new or used, go see these guys. They carry a full line of Verizon Phones and buy and sell used phones, but the best part is they really know blackberries, they do a great job at setting up the phones and making sure you know what you're doing before you leave the store.\r \r They say it's a better way to shop for cell phones, they proved it to me.
