I have used the service at Yach's Body Shop several times in the past 10 years. It has always been auto body related work, and they have given consistent, outstanding service and results. The interfacing between Yach's and my insurance works fine. I appreciate that with Yach's it is easy to track the vehicle through various stages of completion, from the estimate to the final result. The website is updated daily with photographs so that I can see the progression of what is taking place. Also, I appreciate the ease of contact with the service advisor through email or the phone. more

I absolutely recommend Yachs Body Shop. Their service was amazing. I ended up there after I hit a deer one night when I was driving home (a 4-hour drive) in my new Chevy Tahoe. I had put a lot of time and money into the car, and when the accident happened, I was a couple hours from my home. Yachs Body Shop was nearby, so the next morning I spoke to the owner about repairing the car. It was the week before the 4th of July and I really wanted the car done by the 4th. Yachs only had about 4 days to get it done and they did it. The whole thing was an uphill battle for them because the hybrid system was damaged so they had to take it to another shop down the street to deal with that. Meanwhile, they ordered all the parts and then were able to get it all fixed in a day or two. I was inspired by their level of service. It was better than anything I have ever experienced. The owner or his manager called me once a day to give me a report and I got to see photos of the progress on the Internet.
