Then they CHARGE YOU RESTOCKING FEE AND SHIPPING BOTH WAYS on the defaulty items they send out to you. When you try to contact customer service, they won't take calls, ignore your emails, and do nothing for you. BEWARE! I am a solid honest businesswoman, and I can warn you, you will lose money here, because they are set up as a scam to make money off you with their defaulty items. No matter what, they make money off of you, because that restocking fee is big, and they won't admit to fault on anything, and they will make your life HECK trying to solve an issue. Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT, and management is a scam set-up. Don't say I didn't warn you. more

I looked up their polyester linens on efavormart and I found the price too good to be true and ended up purchasing their more premium linens known as pintuck and the whole shebang -table runners, napkins and placemats. I just love the vibrance and of course the money I saved. I will try their embroidered linens next and buy a few cake stands for my serving table. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK more

We just made a large purchase of different sized table cloths, chair covers and sashes. Items were delivered by UPS within 5 days. Quality of the fabrics was a pleasant surprise given the low cost in comparison to prices found for other on-line vendors. I can?t speak to quality other products sold by this vendor, but I have no complaints with these items. more

They said that I could exchange, but that I would have to pay additional shipping costs. When I told them that it was their error, they again denied it. This company is TERRIBLE! I ordered personalized ribbon for a baby shower that I am throwing and paid extra (twice) to have it rushed through the preparation process and again to have it rush shipped. When I tried to tie a bow for the purpose that it was purchased, the brown wording smeared all over the light pink ribbon. Instead, I tried tying a not, thinking that would suffice. I could not even do that without it smearing! After talking to someone on a live chat, she was very rude and told me that if I ""handled the product more carefully that I should not have this problem."" When I told her it was not a handling issue, but a product problem, she restated the same thing. She told me that the print was a ""foil finish"" and not a laser finish. I told her I didn't care what finish it was, but what good is a roll of personalized ribbon if it can't be tied?! I told her that I would like to know what my options were for returning/replacing this ribbon. (The shower is now 2 weeks away and there is not time to remake it properly) She then proceeded to tell me to call her the next day because she needed to talk with her manager. Since she would not comply with any of my requests and was extremely rude, I opened a dispute with PayPal because they will stand by their customers. Pros: Inexpensive Price. Cons: EVERYTHING! more
