YR Stucco

Yaroslav Slavik Russu the owner of YR Stucco is shameless and a convicted felon. He offered to do a job to renovate our store. Asked for initial deposit, fine. But he made false promises about what he would do, and he kept asking for more money because of his personal problems. I don't know why we fell for his tricks but we were trying to help him out and do the right thing. Turns out he deceived us out of $15000 for incomplete work and horrible quality job. His work was terrible and very incomplete as he did not complete the majority of the work he promised (eg. lights, menu, sign, tiles, countertop, glass work, and more). After duping us for $15000 he makes up more excuses and then runs off. He claimed his work is guaranteed which is a complete lie. Furthermore he had the audacity to write negative reviews about our business and threaten to sue us for defamation and lied to the police to avoid more jail time. Truly acts of a bully and criminal of which he has proven to be. Wanted money upfront for supplies so i paid him on a friday. Was suppose to start the following monday. A week and a half goes by and i cant get in touch with them. They show up at my house and say they have to raise the price 7000.00 more. I told them i could not afford that so we agreed that they would return the supplies and give us the money back. That was 2 months ago still no word or money. Attempting to take them to court. more
