Great Place 1/11/2016

The YMCA is a great place to work out with family or alone. They have a large variety of equipment and tools to use and it's very convenient. They are the only gym I use and I've been very happy with them. more

Such awesome classes! 8/18/2015

My all time favorite class at YMCA of the Shoals that they provide is Zumba. It's so fun! Not to mention, my kids love going there as well for their age appropriate activities. more

A Great YMCA 4/30/2014

Plenty to do here! My favorite classes are by far zumba and boot camp. As far as the equipment there is plenty of that too, I never felt like I had to wait to get a machine. I love this YMCA. more

I love working out at the YMCA of the Shoals! Everyone is so friendly and the staff's really helpful. They have all my favorite activities here, working out, swimming and do yoga. I can spend hours there. more
