HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! YG services replaced my 75 gallon water heater and added a drain pan along with new copper piping and new ball valves to the recirculating pump. Also, they repaired and repainted area where water heater had leaked which surprised me. YG services provides an honest, professional and courteous service. Here comes the rub: His guy shows up to do the work at 7am, leaves a couple times to run errands and 13 hours later still isn't finished. Then, his guy wants me to write him $1,600 check- 13 for his time and 3 for his materials, even after leaving my house twice and tearing down my old copper pipe he is going to ""help me get rid of"" (yes, I know its worth about $3 a lb) I ended up writing him a $1,300 check and tell them I'll finish it (luckily I know some basic plumbing) Long story short--- unless you plan on finishing a plumbing job yourself -- find someone with better reviews regardless of written estimate or not. These guyz are TERRIBLE -- these are the people bring a bad name to contractors.
