live in Tonasket . service there in Okanogan is far better than local supplier ( no return calls / overtightened axle rear tire ,higher price for labor than quoted. , have had most service related bike repairs done and at a fair price , excellent turn around time , and due to my schedule , make it easy to drop off and pick up . you always run into problems , but I feel that they try to do the best in service / part related items , really understanding and friendly staff . more

Incompentent Rip Off 1/5/2016

This company is a RIP OFF! They are such incompetent idiots they can't even order a part within two weeks of a customer placing an order. Then, once they order the part they are unable to properly track it. Waited over a month for a project that should have taken a few days at most. I will NEVER do business with them again. I would give them negative stars if at all possible. more

Service Department is Incompetent 7/1/2015

Bought a 10K machine and the SALES part was OK. For two years and with THREE trips to their shop for SERVICE, the same problems that seem to be inherent with these G2 CAN AMS went UNRESOLVED. Their mechanics either CAN'T FIX, DON'T CARE or perhaps never even LOOK AT the causes of these repeated, NEVER resolved mechanical problems. NO ONE KNOW what goes on behind the LOCKED DOORS of their SERVICE department: I can say that there is NOTHING in the way of improvement even after leaving the machine with them for a WEEK last time. All they manage to do is basic service and CUT A BIG BILL..nothing else such as HARD SHIFTING and BANGING in the rear suspension since DAY ONE was ever addressed. I'd have a hard time giving them even ONE STAR. Repeated staff/ownership "turnovers" don't help either. :-( more

GREAT SERVICE 10/19/2012

Broke down in Omak during a road trip, I found Xtreme on-line, brought my bike to the shop, they diagnosed the problem had the part over-nighted and I was back on the road. GREAT SERVICE.-THANK YOU CHAD, AND ALL THE GUYS IN THE SHOP more
