I can't express enough how much I enjoy Xtreme Fitness! The friendly staff are more than helpful, and the atmosphere feels very home-like. The class instructors give off an addicting energy, and there is so much equipment that I never have to worry about not having enough things to do to reach my fitness goals. I am so glad I joined this gym! I can't wait to hit the lake! Watch out NorCal; At the age of 40, it should be illegal to look this good! Thanks to the help and motivation of my personal trainer! I couldn't be more happy! Thank you guys! You all rock! more

In order to stay fit, one must exercise. Xtreme Fitness offers it all to the fitness-minded individual. This gym has got it all. Great classes, instructors and trainers. more

Great Gym - Awesome Zumba Instructors 3/3/2012

This is a real happening gym - I mean they have Zumba twice a day weekdays...and even twice on Saturday with top notch instructors.....Kit is a world class Zumba instructor and you can see videos on youtube looking up Zumba with Kit. Lisa is the other instructor and is also absolutely top notch. They also have a mixed workout area, a women's workout area and a kid's area. The staff always greets everyone and makes them feel welcome. Another great instructor is Holly who is the spinning instructor.....anyway this place is really fun to go to. Yes, a gym that is always fun to go to. It deserves a 5 star rating without a doubt. more

I love this gym!!! 1/30/2012

I have been going to this gym for 2 months now and I've had such a great time taking the zumba classes with Lisa and Kit the Zumba instructors. It has been a great choice for me and I recommend it to anyone :) plus it's open 24/7 more

Chill place to work out 24/7 right in the center of town 1/28/2012

The people and location are what get me. I like a place that I can enjoy being around the people in there. more
