Xtreme Fitness

Thanks to this gym I finally have been able to get my life back! Life had been extremely difficult the past couple of years. With the loss of a very close family member, a break up, and the loss of my job, I hit a very low point; My drug soon became food. I couldn't stand to look at myself anymore, and who would want to hire someone that couldn't take care of themselves? Finally, I decided it was time to make a change; I got off my butt and was determined to take control of my life again. I joined Xtreme Fitness in Antioch, Cali. With much struggle, and determination, I began to shed the disappointment away, 1 lbs at a time. I truly couldn't have done it with out the encouragement of the personal trainer's. They refused to give up on me. I am back to a healthier weight, have a fantastic job, and I have a new girlfriend. If we get married I owe it to the Xtreme team :) Thank you guys! I disagree with the negative comments. I know a lot of people who love Xtreme Fitness. There's a reason why many celebrities work out there. They have different locations, and each one is unique. The staff is perky and super friendly. I've never met managers who would work out with you or care about what's going on in your life. I've been a member at other gyms....none of them compare! more
