Over twenty years ago my husband, Steve and I started brewing up something special that now has filled countless cups to overflowing. We became aware of this strictly off premise espresso bar thing back in Colorado when my husband and another roadie did just that. Mike, a notable pro-cyclist from the Denver area owned this kind of specialty catering business that was well presented and well received. So much so that when Steve was asked to moonlight on the off season of racing it was a shoe in. They served at the owner’s home of the back-to-back Superbowl Champions’ (in ‘98, &’99) for a holiday party~ among many other memorable occasions back in the day.
