Still waiting for an email telling me what steps I should take to fix my car after mechanic said he would send them.

huge disappointment 6/30/2011

my car was a problem starting. some days no problem some days it would be a problem...i thought i needed a fuel pump, to Xpertech's credit, they said i did not..///they could have sold me one....they did say that i needed plugs,cap ect..a tune up....and break pads, and new sun visors!, a new pad under the hood..ect.ect.ect more

My knight in shining armor 8/10/2005

I went to xpertech for a second opinion , my problem was with my air conditioning not turning on and off .I felt My usual mechanic was taking advantage of me with the estimate i was given. AAA reffered me too xpertech who notified me that my ac problem was from an alternator my mechanic put in ,and did not reconnect the wiring . They reconnected the wire at no cost . I dont know what i would have done without them. PROS: cheaper than a dealer , AAA approved , Family owned and operated CONS: oil changes usually need an appointment more
