beware of any contract with this organization. They have an ""Evergreen Clause"" that you must give 45 days notice prior to the contract ending date, or they will automatically renew the contract. (this is not in writing on the contract, Only on the paper billing statement they charge you for.) Also beware that if you have a contract with them, and you decide to disconnect when the contract expires, You still need to give them 45 days advance notice to have the service disconnected, or they will keep the service going and will require another 45 days notice to disconnect. So you have to give 2 notices-- no contract rewnewal, and disconnect the service (at least 45 days in advance)\r

The customer service experience at this ""outfit"" (and I call it outfit, as its pathetic) normally takes from 30-90 minutes just to talk to someone. My advice RUN, and dont' get involved no matter how great they tell you they are.\r

Many times their online payment systems does not work, so if you call on the phone to pay, they charge you an additonal $10.00 to pay the bill.\r

They are a very money hungy-no service-fineprint-no disclosure upfront organization. Oh and bad bad bad customer service skills.
