If you should choose to use this company- (and my experience with them is when there is a problem-it is way difficult to talk to a real person- usually in frustration I hang up after 30-90 minutes of elevator music and horrible advertisements telling you how great they are) BEWARE of their ""Evergreen Clause"". It is not printed in their contract- only on the paper bill that they charge you $12.50 per month to get. Anyway, when your contract expires, UNLESS you give them 45 days advance notice, they will automatically renew the contract AND sending a ltter you don't want to renew does not mean disconnect. You also have to notify them 45 days in advance to disconnect or they will keep charging you for an additional 45 days.\r

If you do get through to somone you are ususally direct to a city like Nashville or Herndon where you get someone who has no clue about anything and jsut keeps passing you to someone else who places you on their hold for eternity.\r
