I purchased a Xceldrone based on the smooth talking Mr. Sealey's talk of a professional built proudly in the USA drone over a assembly line drone. So I purchased the RTF, FPV XD450FPVL that was discounted to 1300. for me and was to be built in 7-10 business days. It was supposed to come with a Boscam camera, but they couldn't get it to work so I was offered a gopro camera at a discount. I thought gopro, great, but back to 1450.00 and didn't receive it for well over 25 days. At first unpack and assembly, the units motors seemed very cheap looking and use a straight motor shaft and user attaches the propellers with collets. I have lots of experience with collet type holder for bits. Well I was really exited and it was a cold, 8 inch of snow on the ground day so I tried to get used to it in a 12' X 12' area in my living room. Upon slight throttle is spun wildly to the left crashing into the wall never leaving the carpet. I told Mr. Sealey that I wanted better motors with threaded shafts to better tighten the propellers to the craft. Sent it back and got new motors at a 99.00 charge with a statement of it flying perfectly and got it back. I tried very hard to try to control the drone in the living room as it was still cold and was fighting throttle to the right as it still wanted to spin to the left. I did manage 2 flights of a few minutes without crashing inside. I told Mr. Sealey of my issue an he stated I shouldn't be flying in the house. So a couple of days later it was was very nice out and I took it down to the ball fields. Throttled off and it immediately flew off to the left landing on a concession stand roof upside down. I contacted Mr. Sealey and sent it in again at 100. each of the 2 times w/ins. It was determined that snow melted on the receiver and had to be replaced as well as a new transmitter also and ordering On Screen Display at 250. more and again it is operating perfectly. I get it back and take it out, it fly's off 300 yds away to the left. I will never recommend Xceldrones to anyone. C Stanley
