I went to Xit to get my fork seals fixed on my moto bike and they had the seals instock. They did a same day turn around, gave me some stickers and a T-shirt. I will be going back there for all my needs.\r \r more

X-It Rocks!! They are great. Me and my husband brought our bike in for a tire change and oil change. They did it right away and we were done in about an hour. They have some great fox clothing now too. We bought some clothes and backpacks for our nephew. There were a bunch of teenagers in there while we were there buying riding gear and the guy behind the counter was really taking care to make sure they got the right stuff and in the right sizes. They seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job taking care of us. It's really nice to have a good shop that you can rely on so close to home. They really seem to bend over backwards to make sure their customers are taken care of!! Would highly recommend them. And they obviously ride too, they are not just selling stuff. They all have bikes and had pictures of them on the wall riding. Pros: Friendly and helpful and professional Cons: I guess noboby's perfect but I couldn't see any cons from my visit more

My first time using these people will also be my last. The service tech forgot to bolt and torque my front brake assembly back onto my forks, I had to do it on the side of the freeway after realizing I had NO grab on my front brakes. I wish they would have spent the time to actually check something so simple yet important as the front brake. It is sad you cant find a decent shop in this area but honestly if you want it done right, do it yourself. The staff was friendly before the incident, however on principle you dont just shrug off a paying customer that your staff could have seriously injured or worse is bad buisness. Pros: Good Location Cons: prone to major mistakes, bad customers service afterwards more
