Wyolina Kennels

We have been using Wyolina for a couple of years now. They have been very accomodating for our needs with having two dogs. They are always friendly when we talk to them or see them and they always remember our dogs. Our dogs love going and have always been clean upon our return; I like that since it does avoid that kennel smell when you pick them up. They love their swim time and the run yard is just great. Would definitely recommend them. more

I can't believe why anyone wouldn't think that Wyolina Kennels isn't the best kennel around. I have never been so completely satisfied with a kennel! My dogs were so excited when we arrived and came home completely satisfied. It was as if they had never even been away from home. The staff is so congenial and you can tell from the moment you walk in that they are animal lovers. They greet your pets by name and that means a lot. They even have an inground pool for the dogs to swim. Mine loved it! I would highly recommend this kennel to anyone in the Charlotte metro area. more

The facilities and staff are both fantastic. Lots of room for the dogs to run and many different options for boarding activities. They even gave her a bath before I picked her up. My dog is my first child and I trust them with her care. more

We use Wyolina Kennels regular to board our dog. They call her by name when we drop her off. When we pick her up, she looks well fed and very happy. It's easy to tell the staff members love animals. more

We have used Wyolina to board our two dogs several times. When we pick them up, the dogs are always happy, are wagging their tails, and are well groomed. We also took both of them to obedience classes here. They offer several classes and the instructors really know a lot about dog behavior and instinct. Our dogs (and their owners!) really learned a lot about how to take better control of themselves. I would recommend Wyolina for both boarding and obedience training. more

I cannot and would not recommend Wyolina Kennels in Harrisburg. Can't tell you much good about them other than the staff seemed really friendly and their prices were reasonable. My concern was that I sent my dogs food with her because I didn't want her on something I wasn't familiar with and due to her allergies. Despite them saying she ate all of her food every day, she came back with more food than she should have. I sent enough food measured out for 14 days, she was only there for 11, so she should of had just 3 days worth of food remaining... She had five days. That raised HUGE red flags for me. I wasn't sure if she hadn't eaten and they returned food to her container, they weren't feeding her what I asked for her to be fed (1.5cups 2xs daily was on her kennel sheet and her normal feeding ammount), or they fed her "kennel" food which is a HUGE no no for her allergies. She also was supposed to be bathed/groomed before leaving. Her nails were not cut, her ears were dirty, and she still had a kennel smell... More like they ran her under some water and considered it a job done. more
