Food is absolutely wonderful. The hibachi cooks do a good job of keeping the table entertained especially when children are present. It is a bit expensive but fun for an every now...

Unfortunately I have to say I was not impressed. It has been a while since I have eaten here, and the food was lacking to say the least. We did not eat at the Hibachi grill, but instead ate at a table. First, the fried rice was really bland, and I had to add soy sauce to it. Second, we were not served any dipping sauces that you traditionally receive at Hibachi. Do the people that request tables not get this? Third, my boyfriend asked for a long island iced tea and recieved what tasted like a lynchburg lemonade (it had a lot of lemon in it). The dressing on my house salad was way too mustard tasting, and I love the ginger dressing! I would have preferred it to be more mayo tasting than mustard. Then, the soup had no flavor. I sipped about 3 sips before I just gave up. The sushi was good though. I did have a half dragon roll, and that was quite yummy. However, I did not recieve a little bowl for dipping. And last, my boyfriend requested a blue tsunami drink for two, but the bartender stated he would have to put it into two regular glasses because he did not have any of the 'punch bowls' as the menu stated. What is that about?? Do they let people just walk out with the punch bowls or is the staff taking them home, and why is it on the menu if you don't have any?? Either way, I say my dining experience there makes me less likely to return. I do love Sekisui in WLR and Sashimi in Maumelle though. They are really very tasty and have not dissapointed me. The service there was way better than being served by a robot (personality wise). Time to step it up Benihana, I'm sorry to say... more

Great place for good food & kids! 1/16/2003

Delicious food, cooked before your eyes. A great way to keep the kids entertained and in their seats. It's a little pricey, not for every night, but a great place to celebrate a birthday, or get together with friends.. more
