Wyncroft Hill Apartment And Townhomes

I lived here for 3 1/2 years and thought it was a good place to live. But watch out, when you move out. Don't expect to get your deposit back and, in fact, expect to be charged for every little thing including the drip pans on your stove. I had the carpets cleaned and they are still charging me for new carpet. Be advised, there is a $100 administrative fee when you move to defray their cost for you moving but I cannot get specifics about that. So, live there if you must but expect to owe them money when you move out. more

After living at Wyncroft Hill Appartments for two years, i would not reccomend renting an place to live here. The appartments are priced too high for the square footage availible, and most importantly the manager and staff are always either unwilling or unable to help you with anything. They are rude and uncaring as well. When i first moved in they gave me the wrong mailbox key, so then for 2 months i could recieve my paychecks or bills. I went to the office everyweek to see if someone could help me, and even after going to several of the postoffices close by to make sure it was not a mistake, the Wyncroft Hill staff would/could not help me. When they finally figured out the problem it was as if it was no big deal and that those sort of things happen all the time, NO ONE gave me an appology. Trust me on this one, move somewhere else where the staff acually likes their job enough to do it well and alsogive you the respect that every person deserves. more
