This restaurant does not look like much, but the food is excellent. I used to travel to Asia for work, and honestly the food here is on par with the better restaurants there. The soups are superb. The seafood soup has a clear, proper Chinese broth with significant amounts of seafood in it. The wonton soup is Chinese style, not American, with a proper broth and homade dumplings. Cleveland tends to have many bad seafood dishes. The locals will accept old fish more than in most major cities. (There are places to get excellent seafood, but many that claim quality really sell second rate material.) This is the cheapest resturant in town that sells first rate seafood dishes. I have never had a bad dish here. I am very familiar with all the resturants on this list, and this is my favorite.
Pros: Great Food, Inexpensive
Cons: , cash only
