This is long. On my most recent visit, 6/18, I was in the waiting room with only one other lady. After I was finished reading the cards on the board, I turned and said, "Aren't they wonderful!?" She said, "Well, I certainly not ready to say that. This is my 4th trip here to get the "Check Engine" light to go off so I can pass MARTA!" I just said, "We'll I'm sure they will make it right with you." My Stars! What else could I say? So my bottom line is I'm sorry you were having a hard day with that lady, Mike. We both know stuff happens. My God grateful for you opinion hasn't and won't change. Chin up, my friend, these times are why we put our faith in God, not people. We have always been more than satisfied with out service at Wursters. Mike, his wife and staff are always so friendly and courteous. The provide the same service as our dealer and it is a third of the price. The car is always done when they say and we never have to leave it very long. Would recommend them to everyone! more
