Great place for ""Dog People"" 2/19/2009

Wow! Great dog spa. Wuf Spa really caters to ""dog people."" We have left our lab there twice in the last month. My wife and I are so pleased with the service and care. We love that we can watch our dog on the web cam and call anytime to get updates. We even got a report card! My wife immediately hung it on the refrigerator. \r \r I think everyone should use Wuf. Open more locations! Pros: Great customer service Cons: Not enough locations more

Outstanding Pet Care 2/8/2009

I moved to Dallas about 2 years ago. I was referred to Wuf by a friend and have been using them since. I board my dog there about 2 times a month. She loves it!\r \r I have to say this place is absolutely AMAZING!! I read Maggie's review. And, after having personal experience with Wuf and some pretty crappy experiences at some other facilities, Wuf definitely sets themselves apart from everyone else in this town. The dog's are very well cared for and loved by all of the staff members there. \r \r Maggie, please back off. You continuing to attack this business and the owner is getting out of hand.\r \r Wuf really is a wonderful place to take your dog. The facility is tremendous and so is the staff. more

Wuf Spa Lost Our Dog 1/16/2009

We were on our honeymoon in December 2008 when we boarded our dog Lucy with the Wuf Spa. Mid-week, we received a call that they had lost our dog. The owner told us that somehow Lucy got out of a locked cage and out the front door as an employee was entering. Since then, they've acted like we're an inconvenience. We're heartbroken. Lucy is still missing. We would have been better off chaining our dog to a tree in the backyard. more

Best Dog Boarding 8/17/2008

I just returned from my summer vacation and left my 2 pups at Wuf for a week. My dogs and I had an exceptional experience that I think everyone should know about. The moment I walked in the door the staff made me feel comfortable and at home.\r \r The decor is gorgeous and the facility is very clean. My dogs had a blast and I know they did because I could watch them on camera! They stayed in a suite that features a pillow-top mattress and a flat screen TV. Too cute.\r \r My babies also had a spa day and the grooming was wonderful. They have never looked so great!\r \r Their prices are reasonable and they have someone in the buiding all of the time. You have to take your dog to Wuf! Pros: Cleanliness, exceptional care of dogs, great service Cons: They don't board humans more

RE: Wuf spa lost our dog 2/12/2008

Imagine its 5 am, youre getting up going to work. Youre tired but ready to do a good job. The day starts off like any other. Pull into the empty lot, unlock the dark building, open the door and turn off the alarm. But something didnt feel quite right. Did something brush by your leg? It was hard to tell, its dark and youre just waking up. You look around your feet and outside only to see it. It's too late. \r \r Wuf spa would never intentionally lose a dog. Consumers need to remember that when you are boarding a dog at ANY facility you take a risk. And while we always, always strive to give your dog the BEST care possible accidents happen. \r \r Lucy was an extraordinary dog. She is an orginal. She also had prior ""accidents"" at OTHER boarding facilities. When reading Lucy's story, the author failed to insert these qaulities about Lucy:\r \r -Lucy can scale an 8 foot fence\r -Lucy escaped a previous boarding facility\r -Lucy escaped from a relative of the owners\r -Lucy was an extremely nervous and timid dog that was not on daily medicine dosage\r \r I bet that you didnt know that not only have the employees posted posters, spent numerous hours online searching, called shelters, visited shelters, went out and physically searched for lucy but we also were hurt. We were upset and saddened just as much as the owners. We truly care for every dog that enters this building. We dont hire people for a job, we hire people with a passion. And everyone here will forever pine for your missing dog. But hurting a repuation of a company does more than put an owner out of a business, you hurt its employees who have a passion for the place they work for and the things they do. We understand you are upset. You are going to tell people but if you are going to tell the world about what 'wuf did to you' please include lucy's facts.\r \r Thank you Pros: People who TRULY care about dogs more
