Imagine its 5 am, youre getting up going to work. Youre tired but ready to do a good job. The day starts off like any other. Pull into the empty lot, unlock the dark building, open the door and turn off the alarm. But something didnt feel quite right. Did something brush by your leg? It was hard to tell, its dark and youre just waking up. You look around your feet and outside only to see it. It's too late. \r

Wuf spa would never intentionally lose a dog. Consumers need to remember that when you are boarding a dog at ANY facility you take a risk. And while we always, always strive to give your dog the BEST care possible accidents happen. \r

Lucy was an extraordinary dog. She is an orginal. She also had prior ""accidents"" at OTHER boarding facilities. When reading Lucy's story, the author failed to insert these qaulities about Lucy:\r
\r
-Lucy can scale an 8 foot fence\r
-Lucy escaped a previous boarding facility\r
-Lucy escaped from a relative of the owners\r
-Lucy was an extremely nervous and timid dog that was not on daily medicine dosage\r

I bet that you didnt know that not only have the employees posted posters, spent numerous hours online searching, called shelters, visited shelters, went out and physically searched for lucy but we also were hurt. We were upset and saddened just as much as the owners. We truly care for every dog that enters this building. We dont hire people for a job, we hire people with a passion. And everyone here will forever pine for your missing dog. But hurting a repuation of a company does more than put an owner out of a business, you hurt its employees who have a passion for the place they work for and the things they do. We understand you are upset. You are going to tell people but if you are going to tell the world about what 'wuf did to you' please include lucy's facts.\r

Thank you
