Wts Whittier Tint Shop

Sure WTS has been there for quite a while. I agree that they may have done some good work for many people. BUT what if they don't!!!! The issue I have is the customer service, warranty, and headaches when something does go wrong. more

I wanted to get my Headlight protective film put on my new car I had called around not to many places offer this and WTS dose offer it. My friend had told me he took his boat to WTS and the told hem 300 bucks and he found a guy down the street to do it for 125. and my other friends told me about they bad quality of they work. I called them the guy was real nice to me yes we can do this for 100 bucks cheaper then the another shop I found. I ask hem what time he open Friday. 9am I get there Friday at 9am he wanted to tint my windows no problem there was one other guy waiting I said no I wanted my film and his attitude change and said no give me your number and ill call you. you need a appointment. and ask the other guy how can I help you so he blows me out the door because I did not want my windows tinted. I drove down there for nothing this place is unprofessional and jerks more

I went to get some rims for my Accord, and right away they helped me pick out a nice set of rims. They were friendly and complimentary of my car, assured I was getting a good deal and promised the rims would be in first thing in the morning, and he would give me a call to come in. I didn't get a call first thing in the morning like they promised, so I went an hour before they closed. The same friendly guy just 24 hours ago was a jerk this time! Not only was he unfriendly this time, but he denied saying the rims would be in today, and I should come back tomorrow ""first thing in the morning."" I said, ""That's what you guys told me yesterday."" ""Nope, I never said that. That wasn't part of the deal,"" he said. Wow, what customer service these guys have. WTS = WTF?? Pros: They'll treat you right one day... Cons: Then treat you like garbage the next!! more

Took a brand new car to them (i day old) and they scratched my window (3 inch blade scratch) and then denied it and then said, if they did do it, theyre sorry we'll knock off 50%. are you kidding me? Cons: yes they are ""cons"" more

I got my vehicle Tinted there back in april 08, I paid for the best film they had (I'll keep the name of the film private) My vehicle got broken into this December, one of the windows was broken to gain access. I got the window fixed and went looking around fresno were I live now for the same quality film. come to find out the film I paid for was not installed. A far cheaper quality of film was installed, consumers beware of this shady business. The company was reported to the film company being they offered a warranty for that type of film. more

I went there to get my windows tinted because of some recommendations from my co-workers. i have had cataract sergery for both eyes two years ago; Pros: Bravo! two thumps up!!! more

The Whittier Tint Shop is an excellent place to have your windows tinted. It is a first come first serve basis. The manager informed me that driver and passanger side tinting is illigel. He also said that is only $40 to remove and to replace the tint, to clear a fix it ticket So as expected I got a fixit ticket! It wasn't a big deal! i WOULD TOTALLY GO TO THIS SHOP AGAIN!!! You should see for your self! Totally Recommend it to you! more

DO NOT GO TO WHITTIER TINT SHOP! I went there to get my windows tinted because of alot of recommendations. But when i asked if tinting the front driver and passenger windows were illegal and they said no. That it was perfectly legal. and so a few months later i got pulled over by a CHP telling me that they are illegal to tint the front windows. These guys are liars! Do not go there! i hope the cops give them what is coming to them for stealing peoples money! Pros: The tint was an OK job Cons: Lie to you just to get your money. more
