I spent one night in the Write Inn - it has a great location, but for the price, the room was small, bland, and motel-like. The building itself is charming and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel doesn't offer the reliable inexpensive comfort of a chain motel OR the upscale comfort of a really nice hotel. Pros: Great location in Oak Park Cons: Dated and dumpy furnishings more
