We have had a wonderful experience working with Susan Greer, owner of The Write Impression on our November wedding reception invitations. The Write Impression has a vast selection of stationery and invitations, and Susan worked with us at great length helping us create exactly what we wanted. This is the first time that I have written a review but after reading the previous comments, I felt it necessary to let everyone know about the service that I recieved at the Write Impression. My daughter was married last year. We knew very little about stationery in general. We were greeted with professionalism and a world of choices in paper products. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and gave us the needed guidance to purchase necessary products for my daughters"" wedding. We purchased the wedding invitations, save the dates and the thank you cards without any stress. We also purchased hostess and bridesmaids gifts. We were extremely happy with the service we recieved then and continue to purchase all of our stationery needs from the Write Impression. Pros: excellent knowledge more

Definitely would not recommend! They took forever to even send me a proof that should have been sent within 24 hours. I had to call multiple times to find out the status. I finally sent an e-mail letting them know how unhappy I was with the service and finally got a prompt response that was condescending. And yes it was from the owner. I would send them changes that I wanted made and they would just completely ignore my requests. Party planning is stressful enough...This place adds MORE stress. I went to Write Impressions to pick out my wedding invitations. Just like the other reviewer of this place I was helped by Susan who is the owner of the store. She was very snotty and rude...I guess she thinks because she has memorized Crane's etiquette book cover to cover that she is so much better than the rest of us. I wanted to put ""half past six"" on my wedding invitation to which she condescendingly replied, ""Well you can do that if you want but it's not what is considered right or appropriate according to Crane's."" My mother went with me and we were also looking at save-the-date cards. The ones I liked were something like $200.00 for 50 or something equally ridiculous. My mom gasped at the price and Susan said, ""Do you really think that is expensive?"" In the end I did end up purchasing my invites from there simply because they had a very large selection and I needed to order them so they could come in on time. Simply put if you don't mind someone who is very stuck up then Write Impressions is probably your best bet...otherwise I would try elsewhere. The lady who helped me at this gift shop was rude and impatient. I think she was the owner by the way the other employees acted towards her. I would ask a question and she would cut me off. If I didn't understand her explanation she would become impatient and snotty. I would think polite service would be a requirement to stay successful as a small business owner. I will find someone else to give my business to and reccommend to others. Pros: Location Cons: Bad customer service more
