3 guys showed up to move us with one truck as requested. We collected items from three locations that day and dropped everything at our new residence. Two of the men were amazing! They hustled, carried items carefully and swiftly, and didn't waste a second. The 3rd guy was decent but looked shameful next to the other two. This guy actually moved larger items aside to take out small things. Instead of tipping them all the same, I should have split the tip accordingly. Would highly recommend the two guys any day! Overall, I was very satisifed with the move. more

These guys are fabulous. We've used them now for two moves, both with heavy furniture to move up and down stairs, on and off trucks. Nothing broken or scratched. They are so careful with everything. Eric Wright must be excellent at hiring, because although we talked to Eric to schedule the moves, he wasn't there either time. We've now been served by five different workers, all were professional, responsive, helpful and listened to what we wanted. You can't go wrong with this company. more

Wrightway Moving provided my family with Packing & Moving services and if we could give them 0 stars, we would. The packers put heavy objects on top of fragile objects, left numerous cabinets unpacked, and PACKED MY HUSBANDS CAR KEYS off the bar in the kitchen. The Movers damaged our brand new Samsung Front Load Washing Machine, a custom built podium for our washer & dryer, tore a hole in the linoleum in the wash room, took paint off the walls in our new home, and put a hole the size of my husband's fist in the back of our Dresser. They were incredible unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with during the move and it only became worse afterwards. When we filed our claim for damages, they denied it and said they would repair the damage but not pay for it. When we refused their offer, they offered us $50 for nearly $600 in damages. We again denied their offer at which point the owner, Eric Wright, became irate and made threats of physical violence against our family. We filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles as well as the Better Business Bureau and Wrightway Moving is currently under investigation by both. more
