I have been bringing my business to Ed since 2005. I have never had any problems or complaints with WTA. They do repairs, and all maintenance issues. They are trust worthy and dependable. They have serviced my Crossfire, My Xb, My Jetta, My Lincoln without any problems. Ed is straightforward and doesn't hemhaw around. If it's broken he'll fix it. If it's not he will tell you there is nothing to fix. He does have some of the best prices in tires. He will even let you drop ship tires from online and install them for you. I have always been the type of person who doesn't trust mechanics. I have always done my own work and have done it for over 30 years. I never worry when Ed has my car. I asked to get a diagnosis on my Jeep. The abs light was on and I did not feel like crawling around under the car so I thought they could scan it for me and tell me where the problem is. So I see Dean and he says he can do that for me. I come back and he tells me that there is a recall on my car and if I take it to Jeep Chrysler they will fix it for free. I say that sounds good and ask if they can give me a general description of the problem so I can tell the factory what the problem is. He says they will know what it is and to just go down there. So I hand over my $70 for the diagnosis and head to Jeep. They tell me there is no recall on my car. I head back to Wrighsboro and I talk to Dean again. He calls Jeep and finds out himself that there was no recall. I ask what they did for $70 so I don't have to recheck everything my self and he does not know. Dean goes and talks to the mechanic and then informs me that they did nothing because their scan tool does not fit the plug on a Jeep/C more

this guy is nothing but a rip off plain and simple wirting his own review. what he tells you the price is is not the price once the tires and oil change was done he tryed to hit me up for 135.00 dollars more than the orginal quote. not to mention they used a air gun on my oil drain plug stripping it out then had the gall to charge me for fixing something he screwed up in the first place. i would reccomend anyone even walmart before going here again. even jiffy lube could have done a better job take your car somewhere else even to the guy working out of his garage you would stand a better chance of it being done right more

Last week I made an appointment for an alignment on my 88 Chevy C1500 at Wrightsboro Tire & after I paid the $55.00 they told me the truck needed a camber kit (about $50.00) to adjust the pass side wheel and it would be another $75.00 or so to install them. They also said I had a 6 month free tweak just in case something happened to the alignment during that time so I said no problem, just order the parts so I can get the truck fixed right. The alignment guy looked up the parts & said because the truck was so old the parts werent available but said he could try to remove the factory washers & move the bolts around without the camber kit to get the alignment right. I didn't like that idea so he told me I could try to find the parts myself online & I had two weeks to bring the truck back to get the alignment redone. I love this place! Going back, and telling my friends. I heard a commercial and thought I would give them a shot. They were a little out of my way. But when your truck is your baby you only want it in good hands. So I took it over 3:30 on a Tuesday. The guys were very welcoming, interested and one could feel that they did want to help. It was raining, I new something was up with my brakes and that it would take a while, plus it was making a non-consistent sound. They told me right then what they thought was wrong with my brakes. (and were right! *First star*) They were willing to try and squeeze me in, but I said I could bring it back on Thursday morning. So Thursday comes. I come in and they ask me if I can wait 5 minutes. I think, maybe not so good after all, but it was followed quickly with the owner (Ed) will be here and he would like to take it for a test drive. (Oh that's a good thing I thought.) (*2cd star* this guy cares about making a good name, meaning he will take care of my vehicle.) The poor owner spent a half hour driving around and the truck wouldn't make the noise. So sense it wouldn't cooperate, he had one of the technicians look it over to see if there was anything loose, but they didn't find anything. (Which means nothing serious and I didn't get charged for nothing. *3rd star*) I have two small children with me. He lets me know about how long it is going to be and then tells me there is a playground across the street. Perfect! We go for a while come back. I remember I also need an oil change. These nice guys ""no problem!"" Then I was in the waiting room and there is a display of old belts. So I walk back up to the counter and ask if my truck needs one. Two questions latter he tells me it does. ""Got time to fix that?"" ""We can handle it"" ""Thanks!"". A couple minutes latter he calls me up and says when they opened my hood they could see corrosion on my battery and said that it needed to be serviced. ""Okay can you do that too?"" ""Sure can!, Let me get you a price quote..."" ((okay this was so nice, they always told me the price up front.)) *4th star* Then I was looking at some really cool tires they had on display. I had been shopping around for tires for a couple weeks and hadn't got a quote under $900! Then I ask, ""What about tires?"" He (Barry) just smiles. I know he had to be thinking I was crazy. I should have just walked in with a list. But they took every curve ball I threw at them. So he looks some up and says we have (sorry I don't remember the names) #1 tire out the door price of $460, then #2 a little pricey at #717. I was like, ""your awesome!"" But just asked what other kind he had. I mean the bigger the better right? They said they would have to order the ones I wanted and it would be a day or two. I said I would like to look around on line and call in with my favorite tire. They said that was fine. No upsaleing!!! *5 stars*! Get my truck back. Brakes are good as new! Fresh oil, the worry about my belt gone. Bill was way, way smaller then expected and it was a good experience. Didn't think that happened at a shop anymore. Anyway, long story. But great place if you don't want to be treated like a number!
