Relating an experience that I recently had at this shop in MP. Had a prospective buyer for an 07 Toyota that wanted their mechanic shop to evaluate the vehicle. Had to wait 40 minutes past the appt time, but it was a necessity to complete the sale and accepted that. Got a call from the potential buyer who informed my wife that the mechanic told her that the car had ""rust on the underside and on the frame"" and that was a deal breaker. I call Wrights and finally get in touch with the so-called mechanic, James. He practically pees all over himself trying to put the blame on the buyer after I tell him that the car spent 5 years in North Georgia where it daily drove up a red clay driveway to reach the house. Two other shops (experts with Toyota vehicles) were emphatic and put in writing that the ""Staining"" on the undercarriage is NOT rust, but mud or clay residue. Calls to the owner of Wrights have gone unanswered. The counter help was rude and unhelpful.
