Around mid-September 2015, I tried to contact Wright's Pool Service about a leaking pool heater. I called every day for almost a week. Finally, in desperation, I texted him, he showed the next day. Took the heater apart, it is still in that state, and said he would call me back in a few days. A week went by with no call, I continued to call almost every day. Again I texted him, he texted back, "the jury is still out". Another week went by, over the last two month period, I have never received a call from him.
In desperation, I placed two posts on their Facebook page, one about FB posts being answered in less than four hours and I call not get a return call. That post was deleted by them. The second post stated that the first one was deleted and I wanted a call back that next Monday. Almost seconds after the second post, I received the following text message: "stop posting rude statements on my FB page, you can handle the warranty process". What type of individual deserts a customer in the middle of a problem. Since the text, there have been no call, texts or anything from Wright's Pool Service. About two weeks ago I sent a text message: 'wife and I want to talk with you next week" No response. It is though he has disappeared of the face of the earth.
With this review, I'm concerned that they will recognize our problem and take some type of action. I just want the heater fixed, pool cleaner and winterized. Them we will find someone else to deal with in the future.
