Do not live in any apartment complex, owned by this management company. They are terrible!!!!!!!! The landlords themselves are not terrible but the upper management is horrible. You never get anything fixed and they will try to screw you out of your security deposit even if you clean them extremely well. Not only are they crooked and just try to screw you out of your money, but the apartments themselves are not very good. The appliances never work correctly. We lived in one of there more expensive units and the quality was absolutely terrible. I had to pre-wash my dishes before I used the dishwasher because they would not come clean. If I even left a small drop of something on a dish it would not come clean. The dryer you had to run twice (2 cycles) in order to get your clothes dry. These people are only about a quick easy fix. They buy all the cheapest stuff to fix or clean anything. BE VERY CAREFUL...especially when you move out because odds are instead of getting a security deposit back you will get taken to small claims court for all the ""repairs"" they had to make after you moved out. If you decide to live there...make sure when you move out to take LOTS of PICTURES...keep all your paperwork, you'll need it. I will NEVER recommend anyone to rent any apartment managed by this company! more

I'm begging anyone who reads this to NOT move into these apartments....My boyfriend and I moved in with all these promises to fix this and that and nothing was ever fixed. We also asked about getting a cat and the first two lanlords (within a 6 month period) were fine with out cat and said nothing. Then we got a new manager who knocked on our door and said we needed 250 dep in five days or we'd be evicted! I complained and his boss came to my door unannounced and was extremely rude and not helpful considering im a new renter. Then in 3 days we got the 250 for him and vet info for him as well. He then told us that the pet policy changed and we now owed him 445 ( one months rent) We fought it but there was nothing we could do. Please im begging you not to move in. Don't make yourself go through what we had to. more
