Communication with the customer 6/26/2015

This was our first time with Wrench. We had a very expensive problem. Ben explained the problem to me and then kindly explained again to my husband. He explained in a way that was understandable and did not put pressure on us as to what problem to address first. more

Excellent Service 6/24/2015

I came in with a coupon for a free oil change and was treated just as well as a paying customer. Serviceman checked several things and I was happy that they didn't find any problems. I've gone to other , less reputable places in the past that told me my car had problems that didn't really exist. I feel like I can trust these guys and will take my car to them again. more

We had two opportunities this month to service a couple of our vehicles and Wrench did a really really nice job in both cases. They completed the expected work on-time and provided a complimentary review of the vehicle to ensure all other components are working properly. more
