Great work, but.. 5/11/2013

Wrench did nice work and i would give them a 5 out of five except for one minor detail. Residue from washer fluid spill on the fender, and oily hand prints on the fender and hood. It only takes a minute to wipe off. Just a little detail, but it can make the difference in impressions. more

Outstanding Service 5/1/2013

I recently got a bolt stuck in the tire and didn't notice until a few minutes before Wrench was closing on a Friday. Since I was driving out of town for the weekend, I really didn't want to wait until Monday for a repair. Ben got me in and Wrench stayed open after their regular closing time to get my tire patched. Outstanding service. Couldn't ask for more. -Jay more

Work is good. Service okay. Prices high 3/11/2013

I use them because of location convenience and am new to town so don't yet know a good place. Once I find one, I will probably switch as they are not very customer focused. Why give me a free oil change card forcing to come back for this service when I was due for one while they had the car? Wouldn't it have made sense to offer to do a free one while you still had the car so I don't have to make a separate visit? Oh yeah, because their 'system' won't all a double discount. Dumbest reason ever. Their hours are not very convenient to come in just for an oil change when it is during work hours. more

Help on cold day 1/22/2013

My run-flat tires showed a loss of pressure when the temperature abruptly dropped overnight to -4' F. You guys helped me out without any notice or appointment. Thanks again. more

Old car runs new 1/18/2013

Once again I have kept my 3rd car on the road with Wrenchs help. For a 21 year old car and a little work it just keeps running and now my 2nd child is going to get a hand me down due to Wrench's help. I asked them if it was running as good as new , tongue in cheek, and they replied better than new.Not how can that be possible.It is because Wrench did the work above and beyond the factory specs and in fact it is running better than new in the areas they worked on. Thanks guys for keeping my Honda going for more life and keeping my original investment in this car paying off more. more

First visit- very pleased!! 1/13/2013

I came to Wrench after receiving a free oil change voucher shortly after moving to Middleton. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and professionalism of the employees. Everything was explained to me and I was also given a frequent buyer card with a couple of stamps cut in to entice me back. I will most assuredly be back with my vehicle and my wife's vw when she is due for service. Very pleased overall. Thanks again! more

Convenient, courteous and fair 12/31/2012

My schedule doesn't always allow for far in advance scheduling, or to arrange a ride. The team at Wrench Auto works with me to fit the service in when it works for me, and picks up and delivers my car from the office. They always discuss what is planned, and let me know if they find something unexpected before moving forward, explaining options available. Wonderful service! more
