Wraptured Inc has a 24 hour no show policy which has always been clearly defined to all of our clients prior to them coming in for their appointment. We did try to reach this client several times prior to her appointment without success. After multiple attempts to reach her, we implemented our no show fee. We have found this to be a great policy for two reasons: First, it allows the client time to reschedule if need be. Second, our technicians get paid whether the client shows or not. One final note, at the time appointments are made we fully explain this policy and thereby obtain a credit card number to secure appointment date and time. Owner Wraptured Inc
