This modern, jazzy space features a submarine hatch window behind the register, injection molded plastic chairs, bright yellow walls and clever metallic lights shaped like zeppelins, bi-planes and balloonists. Its two-page menu highlights inventive dumplings (steamed or fried) flavored with pumpkin or spinach, plus cold Chinese salads, beef noodle soups and fried green onion pancakes. The restaurant shares a suite with the Seafood Hot Pot buffet, but is arranged so neither one feels claustrophobic.
